Knee Stem Cells 5 years later

A patient who had knee stem cells with Dennis M. Lox, MD, 5 years ago, was so pleased with his results he is going to have shoulder stem cells with Dr. Lox.
Knee Stem Cells
The patient had moderate knee osteoarthritis. He elected to have knee stem cells 5 years ago with Dr. Lox, and his knee pain diminished significantly. Additionally, his functional level improved and he began doing more activities he hadn’t done in years with his knees. Now he was having progressively increasing shoulder pain. He consulted Dr. Lox again and decided to have shoulder stem cell therapy.
Patients who have undergone stem cell therapy often are surprised at how easy the process is and do not hesitate to repeat the procedure. This is especially true when they become limited with respect to sports or daily activities. Arthritis may have multiple causative or associated factors. Trauma, wear and tear and even genetics play a role in the development of osteoarthritis or generalized arthritis. It is not surprising then that as people age more than one of their joints may become arthritic. Athletes are notorious for being all banged up at the end of their playing career. Hips, knees, shoulders, spine, and ankles are often all involved. With this, patients are increasingly undergoing multiple joint stem cell procedures. Dr. Lox has treated many such patients and professional athletes with this approach.
From a common sense standpoint if as in this patient, his knee improved for over 5 years, and now his shoulder was bothering him, why not treat the shoulder with stem cells as well?
