75 Year Old Celebrates Two Years’ Relief From Knee Pain After Stem Cell Treatment

A 75-year-old patient returned for follow-up visit with Dennis M. Lox, M.D.
The patient was quite pleased having undergone stem cell therapy to their knee two years ago. The patient is mostly pain-free, with only intermittent days of discomfort. Before stem cell therapy, the patient was in pain every day, needed a cane, and had extreme difficulties with most of her daily activities.
Now, this patient enjoys the freedom of doing almost everything they want with the exception of running. Dr. Lox contends the patient had significant arthritis in their knee and has done exceedingly well.

It is a pleasure to take care of patients who do well and live active healthier lifestyles regardless of their age. It’s a reminder to all of us that we only get one body and we deserve to have it in good working condition for as long as possible – even if it requires some assistance from medical technology.
